A free community for women who are building businesses, whatever the stage, industry or size. We meet monthly, in the format of a structured board meeting: each of us shares a business update, our highlights and challenges, and any asks for the group (feedback, intros, etc).
Throughout the month, we're a group of people you can trust, lean on and get support from.
Each month, come prepared to share an update on what you're working on. You'll be given a structure to follow, loosely based on a typical board meeting. The idea and hope is that this keeps us accountable, helps us learn from each other, and means we always have support. Outside of the meetings, we're connected as a community, so you can reach out anytime.
Everything shared is completely confidential. As part of joining, you commit to bringing no ego or judgement, and make a pact to always move in a way that supports the others in the group.
If you identify as a woman and you're building your own business, this is a space for you. It can be any stage, size or type (tech, physical goods, agency, etc). As long as that sounds like you, and you can commit to our values (no ego, no judgement, 100% support), I'd love you to join the waitlist.
